netnumber is pleased to welcome Michael Ouellette back to the company as Senior Director of Product Management.
Michael’s career journey is closely tied to the history of netnumber itself. After joining the company in 2005 following his graduation from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a degree in Computer Science, he began as an engineer working on the platform that would eventually evolve into Titan.
Throughout his early years with the company, Michael contributed to the development of critical communications technologies including SIP, Diameter, SS7, ENUM, and DNS, while helping expand the platform’s capabilities across accounting, reporting, configuration management, and replication.
As his career progressed, he took on increasing leadership responsibilities, managing engineering teams and overseeing the full software development lifecycle for multiple applications across geographically distributed teams in the United States and Canada.
In 2019, Michael expanded his focus into Engineering Operations, helping drive agile adoption, DevOps modernization, engineering best practices, and organizational transformation initiatives. He later transitioned into customer-facing leadership roles focused on product success, professional services, customer engagement, revenue forecasting, and project delivery.
Following the acquisition of Titan.ium by Lumine Group, he continued to lead globally distributed teams and integration efforts while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes, revenue performance, and successful delivery execution.
Most recently, as Senior Director of Engineering, he led global cross-functional teams responsible for Firewall, Routing & Signaling, and Subscriber Data Management product lines, overseeing full software development lifecycle activities across those portfolios.
