Larry Shea
Vice President, Information Technology and Security
A long-standing member of the NetNumber team, Larry Shea serves as netnumber ’ VP of Information Technology and Security. In this role, he leads the development, implementation, maintenance and security of the company’s mission-critical information systems and processes.
Larry’s tenure at the company began in November 2005, when he joined the team as the Senior Director of Integration Engineering and Support. From there, he grew his role, serving as Senior Director of Delivery Operations and Vice President of Business Operations and IT. Across more than 15 years with NetNumber, Larry has architected, staffed and managed the company’s Field Services, Support and Training organization, laying the foundation for the NetNumber Support Center’s global expansion. He has led the teams responsible for the deployment of mission-critical systems and the redesign of NetNumber’s Business Operations and IT ecosystem to support a fully remote work environment. Larry also authored a business case study used in undergraduate and graduate curricula.
As a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of technology, operations and financial experience, Larry has honed his skills at Fortune 500 companies, as well as high-growth start-ups. Serving as an experienced executive leader, he has been responsible for driving innovation and strategic direction to meet organizational objectives, collaborating with board members, executive leadership and stakeholders and delivering transformative change to maximize profits and minimize organizational risks.
Larry holds an MBA in Management from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Finance from Bentley University.
