Shawn Dinsmore
Shawn Dinsmore is VP of Software Development & Network, where he leads netnumber’s software and network infrastructure teams, driving the modernization of company platforms as they transition from traditional data centers to scalable, cloud-native environments. His duties include overseeing the company’s AWS infrastructure and supporting a wide range of services and workloads across the organization.
With a diverse engineering background spanning proprietary systems, general-purpose programming languages and modern cloud technologies, Shawn brings technical versatility and hands-on experience to every project.
Shawn joined netnumber in 2016, initially focusing on building custom client application solutions. He quickly rose to a technical leadership role and later transitioned into a broader engineering role, where he began modernizing legacy applications and infrastructure. Today, his leadership style emphasizes performance, reliability and forward-looking architecture — ensuring systems are both resilient and built to scale with evolving customer needs.
Known for mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative, high-trust team culture, Shawn’s well-rounded perspective is further shaped by early career roles in sales and marketing for premium appliance brands.
