Mark Cassada
As Vice President of Operations, Mark Cassada oversees global operations for netnumber’s service delivery, telecom platforms and customer support to ensure 24×7 performance across Tier-1 carrier deployments. A results-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience, Mark will also drive operational strategy, with a focus on automation, regulatory compliance and scaling global service delivery.
Prior to joining netnumber, Mark worked in engineering, research & development, and management roles at several technology companies, including VT iDirect, a systems architecture developer for global IP-based satellite communications, NetApp, an enterprise data storage leader and as a Senior Manager at Cisco, where he led the router software development team in orchestrating a $50M system project. He also ran the Network Operations Center for the router satellite service as part of that project.
Mark joined netnumber in 2020, serving as Director/Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. In that role, Mark leveraged his program management and engineering expertise to assist in the company’s successful acquisition by Abry Partners in 2022 and strategic expansion of its phone number intelligence portfolio. For the next three years, Mark served as VP, Maintenance and Managed Services at Titan.ium Platform, Inc., a netnumber spin-off delivering advanced and reliable network solutions. He returned to netnumber in 2025 as VP of Operations. Mark holds Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is also an inventor with four patents in the field of network switch engineering.
